I'm having trouble logging in to Aski Raski, what do I do?

You can log in to Aski Raski by entering your username and password, or using the single sign-on options or QR code options, if available to you.

If you are having problems logging in and want to request a password reset, select 'Forgot password?' on the login page or visit the password reset page here.An email with a reset link will be sent to your registered email address.If you don't receive the email, check your junk folder in case it has been redirected there.
